Who we are
Rex Merchants exists for one kind of client: the international buyer who wants India's manufacturing without India's guesswork. We find suppliers, verify them at the factory, negotiate on your side of the table, coordinate quality inspection and manage the export until your goods are on the water.
We do not own factories. We do not hold inventory. We do not sell products. Our only deliverable is a sourcing decision you can defend — to your board, your customers and your own margin — and our advice is not tied to any factory's order book.
The easiest way to understand us is what we are not
Not a trading company.
We do not buy goods and resell them to you with a hidden margin. You see the supplier, the price and the terms — and you contract directly.
Not a supplier’s agent.
We are engaged by buyers and we report to buyers. No factory pays us to place its products in front of you.
Not a marketplace.
There are no listings here and no pay-to-appear directory. Every supplier we put forward was searched out and screened for one specific requirement: yours.
How we are paid: every sourcing requirement is different. Fees depend upon the scope of work, product category and level of sourcing support required. All commercial terms are discussed and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

Shortlists, verification findings, negotiated terms, inspection results — every stage of an engagement produces a document you can review, question and keep.
Honest no-go advice.
If a supplier fails verification, or India is the wrong market for your product, the report says so. Bad news early is the cheapest thing we sell.
